About the State Employees Credit Union Scholarship
The SECU Foundation set up the “People Helping People” High School Scholarship Program for four-year public university students in 2004.
The foundation will offer one scholarship at each of the state’s public high schools to a student that enrolls at one of the state’s 16 constituent campuses of the University of North Carolina.
